Denise Bethel
A Bay Area native, Denise Bethel obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco and MBA from Notre Dame de Namur with a marketing focus. Her career has spanned to include work in sales, marketing, consulting, organizational change and strategic planning. At the California Society of CPAs, Denise has built a cross-functional sales team from scratch, emphasizing helping local businesses thrive and support the accounting profession as it moves into the future.
She is passionate about bringing people together to support women and children so that they can be the best version of themselves possible and live out their potential. Beyond work, Denise has worked in leadership roles with the Junior League of San Francisco, Under One Roof and volunteered and served at The Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, Safe and Sound, Girls on the Run, Edgewood Center for Children and Families, A Reason to Survive and SF Women Against Rape. Her call to give back started in elementary school with her community service hours for Notre Dame des Victoire, and has never stopped.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys exploring the thriving food scene in San Francisco, attempting to master pickleball and golf, trying out new recipes from TikTok, game nights with her husband, learning mah jongg, binging on reality TV and learning from her twin boys, DJ and Gavin.
